3# chicken wings

Coating:

1 cup flour
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
2 tsp seasoned salt

Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 medium can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar

In a gallon sized plastic bag:

Mix together flour, lemon pepper and seasoned salt; add chicken wings and coat well. Brown in heated skillet; then place into a crockpot. Discard remaining coating.

Then prepare sauce by mixing together the soy sauce, ketchup, pineapple with juice, sugar and vinegar. Pour sauce over browned wings. Cook in crockpot on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
