Two young ladies began their duties as the new royalty for the City of Gibbon this week after being crowned during the annual Fireman’s Dance on Saturday. The new Miss Gibbon is Mariah Schwecke, the daughter of Merlin and Lisa Schwecke. Crowned Gibbon Princess during the annual event at the South 80 Social Circle was Johanna Jutz, the daughter of Fred and Ann Jutz. A total of 4 young ladies were in the running for Miss Gibbon this year. The outgoing Gibbon royalty included Alicia Evenson and Kelly Becker.
