Daycare Remains Open 20 Sep 12

A North Mankato daycare ordered by the state to close down by this Friday will be allowed to continue operating while they appeal the decision. The Trinity Daycare and Preschool had it’s license revoked earlier this month and was ordered to close by 6pm on Friday after investigators cited the operation for 19 violations, including the physical and verbal abuse of children. The allegations came after a series of investigations in March, April and June. The operators of Trinity Daycare have denied the allegations and are appealing, and will now be allowed to continue operating while the decision to revoke their license is reviewed.
