1 – 8oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 pkg dry Italian dressing
1 – 8oz loaf rye bread
2 cucumbers, unpeeled and thinly sliced
dill weed for garnish
Combine cream cheese, butter and dressing mix. Refrigerate for several hours. Spread mixture on each slice of bread, top with cucumber slice and sprinkle with dill.
