The two suspects in a bank robbery in Hutchinson in July have now been indicted by a federal grand jury. 25-year-old Eric Andrew Ebbers of Wisconsin faces felony counts of bank robbery in federal court for both the July 17th incident at the Citizens Bank in Hutchinson and a robbery at the Alliance Bank in Lake City on June 4th. He was found hiding in a cornfield near Glencoe the day after the Hutchinson robbery, and remains in custody pending future court hearings. 25-year-old Erica Lea Reeves of Washington also faces a federal bank robbery charge for the Hutchinson crime. She is accused of being the “getaway driver” for Ebbers. She was released from jail after posting a $25,000 bond. No future court date has been set for either suspect at this time.
