Vegetable Casserole 13 Aug 12

2 yellow summer squash, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme

Place all sliced vegetables, except the tomato, in a 2 quart casserole. Add the seasonings and toss lightly. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. Add tomato and microwave for 1-2 minutes more.
