Green Bean Casserole 30 Aug 12

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp grated onion
1 cup sour cream
1 lb fresh green beans, sliced and cooked
1/2 lb Swiss cheese, grated
1 cup slightly crushed Corn Flakes
2 tbsp melted butter

Melt first 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Stir in green beans and cheese. Place in casserole dish. Top with Corn Flakes and last 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
