Another ride at the Minnesota State Fair has stopped working. The River Raft shut down Tuesday afternoon due to an apparent electrical problem. Riders were reportedly forced to get off and collect refunds. The same thing happened Monday as well. Ride operators were expected to have the River Raft water ride working today (WED), as temperatures soar and fair visitors go looking for ways to cool off. Last week, the popular Stratosphere swing ride shut down a few times also. The 200-foot-high ride left riders stuck up in the air for around an hour on Thursday and Friday. It reopened Saturday.
