A man who walked away from a minimum-security prison in Yankton, South Dakota last week is back in custody. Corrections officials say 26-year-old Eric Harcey was apprehended Monday in Scott County. Officials with the Montgomery Police Department said last Friday an officer had spotted Harcey, but that he fled town and eluded capture. He was serving a five-year sentence on a grand theft conviction in Lawrence County when he went missing last Thursday. No details of the arrest were given.
