Sauerkraut Salad 23 Jul 12

1 large can sauerkraut
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup pimento, diced
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar

Boil vinegar and sugar and cool. Drain kraut and squeeze out juice. Cut fine. Add vinegar and sugar syrup, onion, celery, green pepper and pimento to kraut and mix well. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
