Norwegian Fruit Soup 11 Jul 12

1 cup pitted prunes
1 cup dried apricots
3 cups water
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried apples
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup Minute Tapioca
3 cups orange or grape juice

Make overnight in your crockpot on low setting. Mix salt, sugar and tapioca together in bottom of pot. Add water. Add prunces, apricots, raisins, apples and then add cinmamon stick. Cook 12 hours in crockpot. Add orange or grape juice after the soup cools. May serve with whipped topping.
