Mexican Casserole

1 lb hamburger
1 can Rotel
1 can chicken and mushroom soup
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup grated American cheese
1-1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain and add Rotel and soup. Put tortilla chips in bottom of baking dish and pour meat mixture over them. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
