A 19-year-old Comfrey man was injured in a rollover accident early Saturday morning. Alan Schumann was driving a Chevy Silverado north on Ocean Avenue near the Redwood-Brown County border when he lost control and the truck entered the ditch and rolled. The vehicle was totaled and Schumann was injured, but he and a passenger were located later in the morning at a residence in Springfield. The accident was reported at about 4am Saturday, and remains under investigation. The Redwood County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Springfield Police Department and Brown County Sheriff’s Office.
