Pavano Lands On DL

(Kansas City, MO) — The Twins have placed pitcher Carl Pavano on the 15-day DL due to a right anterior capsular strain. Pavano is 2-and-5 in 11 starts this season. In a corresponding roster move, the Twins will activate pitcher Nick Blackburn. He is scheduled to start on Wednesday.
