New Ulm Student Honored 13 Jun 12

A New Ulm High School student has been recognized by the United State Achievement Academy as a Student of Excellence. The Academy recognizes fewer than 10% of all American high school students. David Zimanski, the son of Gary and Roxanne Zimanski of Courtland, was nominated for the prestigious honor for his achievements in History and Government. Students are recognized by the US Achievement Academy upon the exclusive recommendation of their teachers or other qualified sponsors. Zimanski was nominated by New Ulm High School Teacher Robert Bute. David will now appear in the Academy’s Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.
