The cost of gasoline continues to drop in Minnesota. The statewide average for regular unleaded is now hovering at around $3.44 a gallon, still above the national average, but 17-cents less than it was last Friday. Those heading out this weekend will pay about $1.50 less per fill-up than they did ahead of the Fourth of July holiday last year.
