An elderly Bloomington man was injured early this (FRI) morning when he lost control of his motorcycle on Highway 60 near Lake Crystal. 71-year-old David Nelson was driving a 2005 Honda Road-Star motorcycle eastbound through a construction zone on Highway 60 when he failed to negotiate a turn and ran off the road at just before 4am. Nelson was taken to the Mankato Mayo Hospital with minor injuries. Damage to his cycle was severe. The State Patrol is investigating the incident.
