Hash Brown Ham Casserole 06 Jun 12

1 large pkg hash browns
3/4 stick butter
2 cups diced ham
2 cups diced Velveeta
9 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt

Melt butter in bottom of 9×13 inch pan. Pat hash browns in pan. Sprinkle ham and cheese on top of hash browns. Whip eggs, and stir in milk and salt. Pour over hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
