The Oak Terrace Nursing Home and Sibley Medical Center Clinic in the City of Gaylord were reportedly evacuated Monday after a gas line broke. The residents and employees of both facilities were evacuated after the break was discovered Monday morning. The Gaylord Fire Department and ambulance service were on the scene for much of the day. No further information is currently available.
