Authorities say a southern Minnesota woman and her three young children whose disappearance triggered a state crime alert have been found safe. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension issued the alert Wednesday afternoon after 24-year-old Andrea Ramirez called a friend and said her boyfriend had taken control of her vehicle and was taking her and her children to Interstate 35. The call was made from in a wooded area in Faribault, and the woman and children were later found to be safe. More details have not been released at this time.
