Congratulations to our local-area Princess Kay Finalists! Representing Brown County: Laura Rosenhammer of Sleepy Eye, the daughter of John and Patty Rosenhammer. Representing McLeod County: Elizabeth Nix of Plato, the daughter of Tim and Ann Nix, and Kelsey Buss of Hutchinson, the daughter of Kevin and Lori Buss. And representing Carver County: Valerie Grimm of Waconia, the daughter of Joel and Barb Grimm, and Victoria Haler of Waconia, the daughter of Rick Haler and Connie Haasken. They are among the 12 Finalists who will have their heads carved in a 90lb block of AMPI Butter at the Minnesota State Fair this summer, and one will go on to be the Goodwill Ambassador of the Dairy Industry.
