1 lb ground beef
2 medium onions
2 cup diced celery
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups boiling water
1/8 cup soy sauce
Brown meat, onions and celery. Pour boiling water over rice. Mix soup with soy sauce; stir thoroughly. Combine all in a buttered casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
