Flash Floods Watch 23 May 12

The majority of Minnesota faces the possibility of flash flooding tonight (WED). Meteorologist Steve Woolenhouse says that rain is highly likely. He says the high today will be around 83-degrees, and that a Flash Flood Watch will be in effect for the area from this evening through Thursday afternoon. Woolenhouse says that rain totals could exceed two inches by tomorrow (THU). The system is expected to stall out over the state after it arrives.
