1 medium brick Velveeta cheese
1 – 8oz bar Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1 lb ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
Brown ground beef; drain off fat and taco seasoning with water as directed on packet. Cube cheeses and add to beef along with the refried beans and salsa. Heat until cheeses are melted and all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Keep warm in crock pot and serve with taco chips.
