FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer reports the Vikings have agreed to a one-year deal with wide receiver Jerome Simpson. The news cames on the same day ESPN reported the former Bengals wideout will receive a three-game ban under the league’s substance abuse policy. Simpson reached a plea agreement earlier this month on a felony marijuana trafficking charge.
