(Baltimore, MD) — The Orioles spoiled the season opener for the Twins in Baltimore yesterday. The O’s held on for a 4-2 win to start the 2012 campaign. Minnesota was scoreless through the first eight innings before threatening in the ninth. New Twin Josh Willingham smacked a two-run homer in the ninth to make it 4-2 before Minnesota put runners on the corners, but could muster no more.
