The New Ulm Police Department is seeking information on a teenage male that allegedly fled the scene of an accident Thursday afternoon. The boy is estimated to be around 15-years-old, and was reportedly wearing blue shorts when he crashed his bicycle into the side of a moving vehicle Thursday and fled the scene. It happened at the intersection of 19th South and Minnesota Streets in New Ulm. The bicyclist collided with the side of a southbound 1994 Ford Explorer that had the right-of-way. The boy reportedly refused to provide a name after the crash, and denied having any injuries before leaving the scene. Damage to the Explorer was minor.
