Authorities continue to investigate a motor home crash on Interstate 35 in Kansas on Sunday that left 5 members of a Minnesota family dead. The Kansas Highway Patrol has identified the victims as 25-year-old Tom Kerber and 24-year-old Melissa Kerber of New Prague; and 14-year-old Joy Kerber, 12-year-old James Kerber and 10-year-old Jessica Kerber all from Jordan. Tom and Melissa Kerber were married and Joy, James and Jessica were Tom’s younger brother and sisters. The victims were among 18 people in the motor home that struck a guardrail and flipped 30 feet into a ravine. The driver, 17-year-old Adam Kerber, remains in critical condition. His mother, 46-year-old Pauline Kerber of Jordan has been upgraded to stable condition. The eleven other occupants of the motor home were taken to area hospitals.
