Grape Salad 18 Apr 12

2 lbs red grapes
2 lbs green grapes

Wash grapes and allow to dry completely. Layer in a 9×13 inch cake pan.

8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
8oz sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix the above ingredients and spread over grapes. Do not mix.

When ready to serve, mix:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pretzels

Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture and serve. Store in the refrigerator. Can also use pineapple, strawberries or blueberries.
