A Willmar teen serving time in a juvenile facility for a 2-week crime spree is back in jail after escaping from custody recently. 18-year-old Andrew Wyman was 17 when he went on a crime spree that included setting a house on fire in Willmar and crashing several vehicles. He and a roommate had left clothing stuffed under blankets when they escaped from the Prairie Lake juvenile detention center in February. A warrant had been issued for Wyman’s arrest, and he was caught in New London on Tuesday by members of the area gang and drug task force. He may now have to serve the 75-month prison sentence that was originally stayed, due to his failure to comply.
