Authorities have identified the Minnesota man who died in a crash just over the South Dakota border on Monday. Sixty-six year old Allen Luckhardt of Balaton was behind the wheel of a van which collided with a semi-truck near Madison. The driver of the semi and two others in the truck were not hurt. The crash remains under investigation.
