It’s yet another day of dangerous wildfire conditions across much of the lower half of Minnesota.  The National Weather Service has issued a red flag warning for a fourth-consecutive day — extending from western Minnesota to as far east as Fillmore County in the southeastern portion of the state.  Forecasters say low humidity and windy conditions will increase the risk of fire this (MON) afternoon into early evening.
