Scalloped Corn Supreme 14 Mar 12

1 – 17oz can cream style corn
1 cup milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs

In saucepan, heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in beaten egg. Add the 1 cup cracker crumbs, onion, salt and dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased round baking dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
