Pistachio Salad 15 Mar 12

1 – 16oz whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
7 drops green food coloring

In a large bowl, combine whipped topping, pudding and food coloring. Fold in the marshmallows and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
