Mini Cream Puffs 28 Mar 12

1/2 cup butter
1 cup boiling water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Bring butter and water to a boil. Stir in salt and flour until a ball forms. Add eggs one at a time until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees. When cool, fill with Cool Whip.
