Tuna Casserole 10 Feb 12

2 cups pasta
2 cups frozen peas
6oz tuna in water
15oz rinsed black beans
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 cup dried onion flakes
1/4 tsp white pepper
10oz can mushroom soup
12oz container low fat 2% evaporated milk
3 bags sunflower chips

Prepare noodles in salt water. Mix noodles and next 6 ingredients. Mix mushroom soup and evaporated milk and pour on top. Top with sunflower chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a 9×13 inch pan coated with cooking spray.
