8-10 medium frozen raw shrimp
1/2 pkg frozen pea pods, cut in half
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
1-1/2 cup cooked rice
1 tbsp vegetable oil
In wok, heat the oil; add the shrimp and toss until nearly done, about 2 minutes. Add pea pods, toss about a minute. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts, toss briefly. Serve over cooked rice.
