A Silver Lake man faces a 2nd-degree murder charge for the stabbing death of a Glencoe woman last week. 42-year-old David Muniz Bustos is accused of killing his girlfriend, 40-year-old Dominga Limon at her residence after an argument last Tuesday afternoon. Limon’s 20-year-old daughter was reportedly present at the home on East 12th Street in Glencoe at the time, and allegedly witnessed through a window Bustos striking Limon in the chest area. Bustos then raced out of the residence and was apprehended by Glencoe Police as he was running along the street. When the daughter entered the residence, she found that Limon had been stabbed several times. She was taken to the Glencoe Hospital and then a Twin Cities hospital for emergency treatment, but died from her injuries on Thursday.
