Jello and Rice Salad 27 Feb 12

1 pkg strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1-1/2 cups cooked rice
1-1/2 pt whipped cream
1 medium can crushed pineapple

Dissolve the jello in boiling water; mix in rice. Mix in pineapple and cool. Mix in whipped cream and chill.
