The State Patrol continues to investigate a fatal head-on crash that occurred Thursday afternoon in southwestern Minnesota. A Jeep Grand Cherokee was reportedly driving the wrong way in the northbound lane of Highway 91 north of Adrian when it collided head-on with a Ford Taurus. The crash happened at about 1:45pm Thursday. The identities of those involved are expected to be released later today (FRI).
