Coleslaw 02 Feb 12

3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup vinegar, warm
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp celery seeds

In large bowl, toss cabbage, oil and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Refrigerate before serving.
