1-1/2 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
8oz fat free sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve Ritz wheat crackers
1/4 cup butter
Spread chicken pieces over bottom of 9×13 inch baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup mixture; spread over chicken. Crumble crackers and spread over cream and soup mixture. Melt 1/4 cup butter and celery seeds. Pour over casserole. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
