Breakfast Casserole 17 Feb 12

1 cup 2% milk
2 – 8oz cartons Egg Beaters
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb cooked turkey sausage
6 slices French bread, in 1/2″ cubes

Spray an 11×7″ pan with Pam. Mix milk, Egg Beaters, cheese and seasonings. Add crumbled sausage and bread. Mix well. Bake, uncovered 40 minutes, at 350 degrees.
