Peanut Butter Soup 24 Jan 12

1 cup chopped celery
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
7 cups chicken broth
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup milk
chopped chives

Saute celery and onion until tender; add flour and stir until thickened. Gradually add broth and bring to a boil. Add peanut butter and milk; simmer 10 minutes.
