The Nicollet City Council is moving forward with plans to construct an addition to Nicollet City Hall. The council was presented updated architectural plans for the project during it’s recent meeting, as well as updated cost estimates. The 4,900 square-foot addition to Nicollet City Hal will cost the city around $382,000, or approximately $78 per square-foot. The council approved the revised plans for the project, and it will now be advertised for bids.
