A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for a 41-year-old Minnesota woman accused of stealing a credit card in Belle Plaine and running up nearly $900 in charges in just over 2 hours. Mandy Louise Theis of Cambridge, also known as Mandy Louise Goble, has been charged with felony theft and credit card fraud after allegedly stealing the card from a Belle Plaine business and then going on an $855 spending spree at stops in Belle Plaine, St. Peter and Mankato. Her current whereabouts are unknown. Theis has been convicted of the same or similar offenses a dozen times over the past 10 years as well.
