One person was injured when 2 all-terrain-vehicles crashed in Renville County Monday afternoon. The accident occurred at shortly before 2pm on 210th Street 4 miles northwest of the City of Renville in Ericson Township. 44-year-old Gail Novak of Willmar was driving an ATV northbound when a 15-year-old from Colorado who was crossing the roadway on a separate ATV struck Novak’s vehicle. The teen and his 3-year-old passenger were not injured in the crash. Novak was taken to the Renville County Hospital and then flown to the St. Cloud Hospital with serious injuries. A condition report is not available. The accident is being investigated by the Renville County Sheriff’s Office.
