Waseca Woman Injured After Deer Crash 01 Nov 11

A Waseca woman was hospitalized this (TUE) morning after her car was hit by a deer, causing her to sideswipe another vehicle. 46-year-old Tammy Krohn was driving a Pontiac Grand Prix southbound on Highway 13 in Le Sueur County when the deer struck her vehicle at about 7:15am. Krohn then veered into the northbound lane of 13 and hit a Kia Sportage driven by 49-year-old Leslee Haben of Waterville. Krohn was taken to Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague with minor injuries, Haben was not hurt. Kilkenny Fire and Rescue and Montgomery Ambulance assisted at the scene.
