The City of St. James holds it’s 8th annual Thanksgiving Day Blood Drive on Thursday. The event runs from 7:30 to 11:30am at the St. James Armory, and all blood donors will receive a free pumpkin pie. St. James-area donors have given close to 1,200 pints of blood over the course of the last 7 years of Thanksgiving blood drives. This year, longtime St. James resident Dale Busch will reach his 14 gallon milestone during the Thanksgiving blood drive as well.
