A total of 70 Minnesota National Guard soldiers are being welcomed home from Iraq this (WED) afternoon in Saint Cloud. Members of the B Company, Second General Support Aviation Battalion spent ten months supporting the troop drawdown in Iraq. They flew around 800 missions and transported nearly 50,000 personnel and more than seven-million pounds of cargo from locations in Iraq to Kuwait. The troops come from more than 50 communities around the state.
